Supplements Used: Meat, nuts and greens. Lots of it.
Favorite Puller/or somebody you look up to in the sport: Devon Larratt, Ievgenii Prudnyk and John Brzenk because they are great champions but my favorite pullers are the Vancouver Armwrestling Club members.
How often do you train: Every sunday on the table with the club and twice a week in the gym for overall strength.
Training tips: No matter how much you lift at the gym, it all comes down to table time. Take enough time to rest because you will need it.
Goal(s): To become a CHAMPION and to encourage other people to join the world of armwrestling.
How did you get started: I searched for armwrestlers in Vancouver and I found the website so I emailed the Dall'Antonia brothers and they invited me to their club to train.
Merits: 2015 Amateur Provincial Champion - both arms

US States - Washington, Oregon
What changes would you like to see: I'd like to see pepole recognize this sport as it is, a tough professional sport that requires strength and technique, not just something you do at a bar or at a friend's kitchen table.
