How often do you train: I usually train once a week 1.5 - 2 hours on armwrestling table, 3-5 days a week I do pull ups and push-ups, 1-2 days a week - dumbbell hummer curls and wrist curls, occasionally I train with hand grippers.
Merits: 9 time BC Provincial Champion, 2012 Canadian Nationals - Bronze Medalist, 2015 Canadian Nationals - Silver Medalist

Goal(s): I would like to get stronger and faster within the next year. I want to get more experience in the upcoming tournaments.
How did you get started: I was looking online for people interested in armwrestling in the Vancouver area. Finally, I met Anthony Dall'Antonia and his brother Dante from Vancouver Armwrestling Club through their website and got invited to a training practice. Since then have been training in the club with great people who like armwrestling as I do and give me the inspiration and motivate to train harder.
What changes would you like to see: I would like to see more people interested in armwrestling within the next couple of years.
Anything you would like to add/statements/comments: Armwrestling like any other combat sport teaches self-discipline, strengthens the whole body (especially hands, arms, shoulders and back) and keeps you fit.
