Training tips: Get on the table & practice every week, workout in between practices. Listen to your body, know when it needs rest. ArmWrestling is tough on your joints. Don't just rely on one move, learn them all & try to be good at them all. Use grippers to strengthen your hands.
Goal(s): To win a WAF Worlds
Sponsor(s): None
How did you get started: Growing up with 3 brothers we always enjoyed armwrestling. One day my bro met an armwrestler through his work. His name's Bernie Lemay & he pulled us & destroyed us. We've never had that happen so we wanted to learn more from him. All of a sudden we started to practice every week & met all of the other Vancouver guys & have been with the Vancouver ArmWrestling Club ever since.
